Anthracite-matte is the matte dark grey version of our 440 series conical pots. Where glossy black is graphic and shiny, anthracite-matte is more subdued and refined. For home decor shops and florists who want to offer a dark pot line without the "shiny" appearance of glossy black.
What's in the collection?
Two series in the same anthracite-matte finish.
- Conical pots series 440: 11 ascending sizes: 7, 8, 10, 12, 13, 15, 17, 19, 23, 26, 28 cm.
- Conical orchid vase series 441: 15 cm. For orchids with a wider base and narrower opening.
Why anthracite-matte alongside glossy black?
The difference between glossy and matte is more than just shine:
- Glossy black: clear, graphic, industrial-modern. Combines with glass decoration and shiny accessories.
- Anthracite-matte: subdued, refined, tactile. Combines with natural materials (wood, linen) and matte accessories.
For shops that want to serve both customer groups: offering both series provides flexibility without overlap.
For what style?
Three main styles:
- Modern-natural: anthracite-matte with wood and linen. For Scandinavian-industrial interiors.
- Refined-minimalist: anthracite-matte solo with white walls and green plants. For modern concept stores.
- Boho-modern: anthracite-matte with rattan and jute accessories. For florists with a boho signature.
For which target group?
Florists with plant sales: core customers for gift plants and reorders. Home decor shops with a modern signature.
Gift shops: the smaller sizes (7-12 cm) as individual gifts.
Combining with other pot series
Anthracite-matte combines particularly well with:
- Momo dark grey - the same matte dark colour scheme, different shape (cylinder vs conical).
- Bowl graphite - different shape, related matte dark colour.
- glossy white - contrast between matte and glossy, dark and light.
- Momo terra or light brown - anthracite-matte as a dark base, terra as a warm accent.
