Felt is one of the basic materials for floristry and floral arrangements. Wool felt on a roll, in various widths and colors. This page serves as a navigation hub to the specific felt collections in our assortment.
Which felt collections do we offer?
Two widths, each in an extensive range of colors:
- Felt 15 cm - standard width for most floral arrangements and decorative work. Twenty colors available, from neutral (white, khaki, moss green) to striking (red, fuchsia, mustard yellow) and pastel (pink, peach, lilac).
- Felt 7.5 cm - narrower version for detailed work. Twenty-one colors.
All rolls are 5 meters long.
When do you choose 15 cm over 7.5 cm?
Briefly:
- 15 cm: for large-scale arrangements, bouquet filling, large wreaths (D40+ cm), bouquet finishing.
- 7.5 cm: for detailed finishing, small wreaths (D20-30 cm), funeral arrangements, card decoration, corsages, and accessories.
For larger florists and floral arrangement businesses: both widths in stock. For smaller businesses: 15 cm as a base, 7.5 cm only in the most commonly used color.
Which target group benefits from felt?
Florists: core customers. Felt is used year-round in wreaths, bouquets, and funeral work. Floral arrangement businesses and craft stores: for large-scale purchasing. Home furnishing stores and gift shops: less directly as a main product.
When does demand peak?
Felt demand is stable year-round with seasonal variations in colors:
- Neutral (white, khaki, moss green) - stable year-round.
- Red, green, mustard yellow: peak in autumn and Christmas.
- Pastel shades: peak in spring and Easter.
- Bright colors: peak in summer and around weddings.
