Frequently asked questions about delivery

How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery within the Netherlands is free for orders over €400 excluding VAT (except for the Wadden Islands). Delivery in Belgium is free for orders over €800 (excluding VAT). For orders under €800, shipping costs can vary between €13 and €75 per shipment. However, this will only be calculated on the official invoice. You can also choose to pick up your order at our Cash & Carry in Drachten; in that case, it's free.

How do I know if the goods have been shipped by Groothandel Wiljan?

You will receive an email from us with a track & trace code, so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.

What delivery times does Groothandel Wiljan use?

The average delivery time is up to 5 business days*. This may vary slightly due to seasonal peaks or other circumstances.
