Desert is one of our plastic pot series, aimed at affordable and colorful plant sales. While ceramic series such as Loire and Boule have a premium look, Desert is the practical, colorful counterpart. Lightweight, affordable, in cheerful shades.
What's in the Desert series?
Three sizes, five colours.
- Three progressive sizes: D11xH10, D15xH14, D24xH22 cm. From small pots for herbs or houseplants to medium size for larger plants.
- Five colours: taupe, soft pink, black, mint, off-white. Universally applicable shades with a touch of cheerfulness (soft pink, mint).
Each size is available in almost every colour; some colour-format combinations were not made due to minimal utility.
Which target group does Desert work for?
Garden centres: key customers. Desert pots are a good addition to the plastic pot range alongside E&K pots.
Nurseries: for selling houseplants in complete pot configurations at an affordable price point.
Gift shops with plant gifts: the soft pink and mint variants as a cheerful gift tray element.
Florists with a price-sensitive segment: as an alternative to more expensive ceramics.
Desert vs other plastic pot series
Comparison with our plastic pot range:
- Desert: coloured (5 shades), 3 sizes, small to medium. For playful gift segment.
- E&K pots - more muted colours (green, taupe, terracotta), more sizes (D20-D80 cm). For a wider target group and large projects.
For the store that wants to offer both budget and premium: Desert for colourful impulse gifts, E&K for combined garden purchases.
How do you position Desert?
Grouping by colour works better visually than grouping by size. Three mint pots in ascending sizes immediately provide scale and context. For gift shops: small (D11) pots with an herb plant or small houseplant, as a ready-made impulse gift for the 5-10 euro segment.
