National Remembrance Day on May 4th is a specific peak time for florists. Memorial wreaths, grave tributes, and binding materials in national colors. This collection is more extensive than our May 4th & 5th collection, with a wider range of straw rings and grave tributes. For florists who accept orders from municipalities, associations, and private individuals: this is the peak purchasing period for April-May.
What can you find in this collection?
Four main categories of memorial materials.
- VP-ribbon national colors: 70 mm x 25 m in red-white-blue. Wide finishing ribbon for large wreaths and memorial arrangements.
- Magnolia leaf wreaths: 60, 70, and 80 cm in green and red. Round wreath bases with magnolia leaves for a natural finish.
- Straw rings: in increasing sizes (16, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 60 cm). Classic straw rings as a base for memorial wreaths. Decorated with flowers, ribbon, and decorations.
- Grave tribute oasis holders: maxi and medi in boxes of 12. For arranging flowers and branches in a fixed position on grave monuments.
Who is this for?
Florists with memorial assignments: core customers. Orders are often placed by municipalities, associations (e.g., the May 4th and 5th Committee), or private individuals for large events. Larger florists and floral design companies: for bulk purchases of straw rings and grave tributes.
When does demand peak?
Peak in the last week of April and the first days of May. The May 4th commemorations at war memorials and cemeteries are the biggest demand moments. Early purchasing is essential: many florists buy in large quantities well in March to ensure stock. Late purchasing is risky.
