A boss in the warehouse.
Of course, no boss in the literal sense of the word, because we are a flat organization.
But we're doing well, and more and more companies are finding us, which means the warehouse gets quite busy. You really have to be a force to be reckoned with if you want to manage all the warehouse tasks down to the last detail.

- A 32-hour workweek. More so in the fall due to the Christmas rush.
- If you do a good job, you have the prospect of permanent employment.
- The salary is appropriate for your age and experience.
What do you do?
• Loading and unloading the transports and then tidying up/storing the goods.
• Preparing orders for transport and checking outgoing goods.
• Checking quantities/special features and/or deviations.
• Performing inventory counts.
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in both the warehouse and the cash & carry.
• And some other things around it.
What helps is:
• demonstrable work experience as a warehouse employee,
• quite a bit of independence, but also able to work well together.
• not too shy to roll up your sleeves and that you live near Drachten.
And also useful is:
• a valid forklift certificate or be willing to obtain one and that you speak good Dutch.
We're certainly not stupid at Wiljan. If anything goes wrong, we also have an emergency response officer with first aid skills.

Look, we have a great company. Brothers, family, friends, and acquaintances (and sometimes some vague acquaintances). We're in the business of creating ambiance. We love to make an environment more beautiful, fun, and inviting (smûk). We do this for florists and plant shops, home furnishing stores, garden centers, and decoration shops, for example.
